Occasionally I am asked to make a commemorative or memorial bench. Scilla’s bench was one such commission and one that has special meaning for me and hopefully to those who now use it. It sits in a beautiful wild flower meadow amongst newly planted trees that will, in time provide a canopy of blossoms under which to sit, rest, celebrate and reflect.
